We have optimized the trade show experience by placing live Exhibitor Showcase Theater presentations directly on the exhibit floor, creating an unique hands-on approach to the learning, networking and demoing experience for attendees and exhibitors.

All SATELLITE Attendees have access to the Exhibit Hall to discover the latest technologies and solutions in satellite communications, up close and personal, from the market leading companies in the community live on the SATELLITE exhibit show floor. 30 minute Exhibitor Showcase Theater Presentations will be scheduled on Tuesday, March 11th and Wednesday, March 12th during open Exhibit Hall hours.

Tuesday, March 11
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.	Iridium continues to expand upon its vision for the future of mobile satellite communications by accelerating the development of enhanced personal communication capabilities for people and organizations everywhere.  Hear how the company is driving innovation and simplifying connections through new products that take advantage of the world's furthest reaching network.
2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.	CPI introduces its state-of-the-art 750 W to 1250 W indoor series of amplifiers. These industry-leading HPAs feature touch screen displays and other innovative technologies that make them more efficient, reliable, longer life, cheaper and easier to operate. Hear how these new products advance amplifier technology over existing products, even GaN!

• Dedicated 30-minute time slot (sold on first-come/first-served basis) for exhibiting company to display/discuss an existing product/service/solution or an upcoming product/service launch
• Audio/visual equipment (projector/screen, 2 mics, internet connectivity, electrical, podium & stage)
• Marketing: inclusion in schedule of events on SATELLITE2014.com and in printed On-Site Program Guide, mobile app and recognition as an event sponsor in all related print and online materials
• Audio announcement in exhibit hall 10 minutes prior to start of presentation.

• Highlight in Downlink Newsletter - the sponsor/presenter receives a highlight in an issue of Downlink promoting their presentation in the Exhibitor Showcase Theater.
• Handouts in Exhibit Hall - printed invitations will be distributed at the front of the Hall D entrance to attendees entering the hall to attend the sponsor's presentation. Hand-outs will be distributed in the 30-minute lead-up to the sponsor's presentation and the staff member distributing the printed invitations can wear the sponsor's branded shirt (at sponsor's discretion).
• E-mail Blast to SATELLITE Pre-Registration List - a pre-show e-mail will be distributed to all pre-registered attendees highlighting the sponsor's presentation in the Exhibitor Showcase Theater.
  • Recipients will be invited to attend the sponsor's presentation; e-mail will include all related details (time, place, scope of presentation). Copy provided by sponsor; SATELLITE 2014 to deploy email.
